2. Services Provided

The Life Edits offers:

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time without prior notice.

3. Social Media & Community Engagement

We encourage interaction across our social media platforms. However, we maintain the right to moderate or remove content that is inappropriate, defamatory, or violates our community standards.

By commenting, sharing, or interacting with our social media content, you grant The Life Edits a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use, display, or feature your contributions for promotional or educational purposes.

4. Payment & Pricing

• Prices for services and products are listed on our website and may be updated periodically.
• Payment is required in full before access is granted to digital products or coaching services unless otherwise agreed upon.
• For coaching programs, payment plans may be available, subject to agreement.
• All prices are listed in GBP (£) unless stated otherwise.

4. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Digital Products (Workbooks, Courses, & Guides)

• Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be issued after purchase.
• If you encounter issues accessing the product, please contact us at [email protected]  within 48 hours of purchase.

Coaching & Mentoring Services

• Cancellations made at least 48 hours before a scheduled session may be rescheduled without penalty.
• Sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice may be forfeited without a refund.
• If The Life Edits cancels a session, we will reschedule at a mutually convenient time.

Courses & Programs

• If you enrol in a coaching program or structured course, you may be eligible for a partial refund within the first 7 days, provided you have not accessed more than 20% of the content.
• No refunds will be issued after the 7-day period.

5. Intellectual Property

• All content provided by The Life Edits, including course materials, workbooks, templates, and digital products, remains the intellectual property of The Life Edits.
• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use these materials for personal purposes only.
• Redistribution, resale, or reproduction of any materials without explicit written consent is strictly prohibited.
• Unauthorized use of The Life Edits brand assets (logos, trademarks, or slogans) is not permitted.

7. User-Generated Content & Submissions

We welcome feedback, testimonials, and contributions from our audience. By submitting content (comments, posts, messages, or testimonials) to us, you agree:

• You grant The Life Edits the right to use your content for promotional, marketing, or educational purposes.
• Your content does not violate any third-party rights or laws.

• All client discussions and coaching sessions are confidential. We will not share personal details or discussions without written consent, except where required by law.

10. Affiliate Disclaimer

• The Life Edits may recommend products, courses, or services through affiliate partnerships. If you purchase through an affiliate link, we may receive a commission at no extra cost to you.
• We only recommend products we believe are valuable, but we are not responsible for third-party products or services.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

• In the event of any disputes, both parties agree to attempt resolution through mediation before pursuing legal action.
